1. Government open data
Parts of the Portal are built on open data from Singapore government agencies and from OpenStreetMap contributors. The register of spaces, prices and availability is Knight Frank’s own and comes from the operators; it is not drawn from these sources.

2. Licence
Contains information from the datasets listed above, accessed in October 2026 from LTA DataMall, data.gov.sg and ura.gov.sg, which is made available under the terms of the Singapore Open Data Licence version 1.0.
The agencies do not endorse the Portal or Knight Frank.
